could someone please translate this small text into Russian for me please?

Altough it is not a transliteral thing to translate between English and Russian. It would be eaiser and more clear for you to provide the entire text of want you wish to translate and ask a Russian speaker to help you translate to protect the meaning.
For example,
Only
God
Will
Judge
Me
transliterally referenced would be as follows:
Только
Бог
Будет
Судья
Я
Instead of the phrase referenced by Nikir:
Обсуждать меня будет только Бог. |

"a" can be used when they are not equals. |

Осуждать means to judge. =) |

It depends. If you mean something like "my sister and I" or "mouse and keyboard" then it will be "и". And if you mean "I turned left and Jane turned right" it will be "а".... |

it is more popular for russians |
to be more precise to this case - "Только Бог мне судья"
actually you can make a dozen of different translations here. It depends on the logical stress and level of detail. |

| I'm not sure how it's done in Vista, but I suppose it's the same as in XP - you just go to Control Panel->Regional Settings->Keyboard Layouts and add Russian layout. |
