Hi Rachel! I agree that the song is really nice. Well, when the girl on the boat's singing it! I did a yandex search for the song - seems it's called "Chisty List" (A clean sheet) by a group called "Nency" (well, that's how the name "Nancy" transliterates into Russian!).
I've managed to download the song as sung by "Nancy". I have to say it's a huge disappointment after the beautiful singing of the girl!!! It's a tacky keyboard-driven song. I think the style is Russian 'shanson'. Bit of a nightmare.
Still, its sounds great when played on an acoustic guitar (without the crappy keyboard etc)!!

It seems Nancy's big hit was a song called 'The smoke of menthol cigarettes' (Дым сигарет с ментолом), released in the early 90s. The lead singer is called Anatoly Bondarenko (Анатолий бондаренко).
