Hai,

I am a Belgian volunteer in Russia. I wanted to stay in Russia for six months, but they provided me with a tourist visa for three months. I want to stay in Russia for another three months.

I am almost a month in Russia now and just now they told me I should stay one month in Belgium before getting a new visa. This is really bad, because there is a show of the theaterproject in that time and i also give classes who will now be interrupted for one month.

I dont know if anyone knows a solution. If I should get a business visa at the school where I work, is it then possible for me to apply and return immediately after receiving the visa in Belgium? Can i order the invitation for a Business visa on your website?

Hopefully can someone help me, because I have the impression that the Russians themselves now very little about these regulations...

First of all, are you very sure that you have an tourist visa for 3 months????
Because it is not possible to have a tourist visa for more then 30 days!

So proberly you have or a busniss visa or a visa student visa provided by the school.
Second of all according to the new visa regulations it is not possible to stay longer then 3 months in Russia.
If you want you will get for example a multi-entry visa for 180 days with you can use in 360 days, but not longer then 3 months in a row.

So i don't know what kind of visa you have know and normaly there will be a line in the bottum of you visa with the days and how to use.
I am Dutch and have now a busniss visa for 6 months, but that means 90 days how i can use in 180 days.
