I'm interested in visiting the Pushkin Palace in week of 19th May.
I'm trying to find the train schedule from St. Petersburg to Detskoe Selo but with no luck.
I've also read that bus N287 goes there from Moskovskaya metro but I cannot find any more information about this bus.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks

From http://www.tzar.ru/info.html:
You can take Bus #187 from Moskovskaya metro and then switch to Bus #371 to Pushkin. The easier option would be to take a marshrutka from Moskovskaya metro direct to Pushkin.
If you take the train to Tsarskoe Selo, you then apparently need to take Bus #371 or #382 to the palace. I imagine the trains would run every 20 minutes or so.
Marshrutka from metro Moskovskaya is definitely the easiest option. |

On week days there trains passing through Pushkin (you need Detskoe Selo station) leaving from Kupchino (last metro station in 2nd line) at 9.14, 9.29, 9.45, 9.58, 10.14 - and then a break till 12.23.
To find a bus or marshrutka you should go to Moskovskaya metro station, get out into Moskovskaya square and to reach stops for Pushkin direction that are located behind Lenin's monument, in front of the huge building of the House of Unions. It is better to read Cyrillic a bit to understand their directions. You need to indicate your desire to go out - as they do not have regular stops - following passengers' needs on the route. |
