"Hazing is hazing" : what a dumb comment...

Sorry I make a difference between light hazing (like cleaning the toilets) and being sent to hospital because a heavy beating.

It is obvious you don't know what you are talking about.

show me a vid of professional russian soldiers(contracts) being beaten like the conscripts!

A Russian conscript severely beaten by a fellow soldier 13 months ago died in hospital on Wednesday, drawing attention to widespread hazing in the Russian army. Embarassed Confused

It's always such a fun to read opinions of people who have never seen Army even from close not even speaking inside...

I've seen. Russian Army is no picnic, sure, but it's not a jail too. A lot of young males - wouldn't you expect tough behaviors?
Actually it was fun. I'm missing those years and friends i made there.

And as always when it comes to those crappy videos - if i dye my cat green and show it to you would you think cats are generally green?

prior to 20 years ago there was a lot of hazing in the US military...it is toned way way down now...but shoot hazing is the nature of being a male. Russian Military is in very poor standards. Equipment, training, and moral are all in poor condition. And the Russian/Georgia conflict showed this. Pilots missed more than 50% 0f thier targets. Planes shot down, tanks, and other vehicles broke down, the looting that went on. Yes not a well diciplined force. Gonna take time to elevate it to a higher standard

Come now, "hazing" in the US Army, dating back to Vietnam is NOTHING compare to hazing in the Russian Army.

I was in the US Army 25 years ago and there's NO comparison. Period.
