I am considering a startup company of my own and, due to the nature of it's business, will hire a russian interpreter. I already know and prefer one who has expressed an interest and would ideally like to offer the position to this person if I go ahead.
Anyone from the UK ever hired a russian to work for them? How easy/hard was it to get all the necessary details sorted out with the relevant authorities and organisations?
As far as I can see, the only difficult part I would have is proving why this person is the one for the job above and beyond someone already in the UK... problem is, without this person, I don't think I would really want to take the risk of running a business! |
