Well, here it goes. There's a certain field in the application form that indicates "FIRST NAME, PATRONYMIC". Our names here in the Philippines (as it appears in the passport), comes as "FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME (last name of my mother), and SURNAME). So, on the form, I didn't include my MIDDLE NAME under the "FIRST NAME, PATRONYMIC" field. But on my invitation, my MIDDLE NAME appeared for Patronymic. So, here's how it is. On my invitation, my name is CASSANDRA SMITH JONES. But on my application form, I just wrote CASSANDRA JONES. Will that be an issue?
