Fuel will not be a problem except maybe on the new polish motorway towards warsaw where I think from memory fuel stations are few and far between. Generally, there are enough fuel stations in that part of the world even nwith 150m (240km) range. As for accomodation, the internet is a wonderful thing, as is www.horizonsunlimited.com where the HUBB forum caters for 2 wheeled travellers. I did London - Moscow in a car and didn't have any significant problems. Even credit cards and PIN codes seem to work in most places but cash is handy especially for the polish motorways tolls. I was staying in nice expensive hotels though so my knowledge of the budget end of the market is limited - something to do with my age I expect.
