There are no such ones ( except top executive expats ) that could economically justify moving from Canada. And no, without knowledge of Russian, you are not limited to CEOs and toilet cleaners - some type of $3k- $4k jobs are also available.

Maybe the answer could be, 'this issue is not as important as in Canada?' If I wanted to move to Russia I imagine entreperneurship would be the answer. What types of $3-4k jobs?

Various IT related jobs, programmers for example. Usually in Moscow.
