I remember reading a post somewhere that said there was a bus going from a town called Kerch on the east coast of the Crimea to Novosiyirsk or Krasnodar. I can't find the post now but was wondering if anyone had any info as to whether this line is still running and has any experience taking the route. Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you, N

There is at least ferry that was working as of 25 jan 2009(yesterday), some 5 times a day http://www.azur.ru/feodosia/talks.php?tr=4&m=37625 and bus from Port Kavkaz to Krasnodar et al. as of... well... jan 06; but it's unlikely that all the buses just stopped working at all (here was url to all-transport.info ) And... just in case - you do have visa, right?
