I'm new here... my friend challanged me to ID this language: My guess is that it's Uzbek? Am I correct? Or is it impossible to tell one Cyrillic form from another? Thanks for your help!

Ү,ү : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ү ( it's no a "Y" from Latin alphabet ) "... in Mongolian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tatar, Bashkir languages, Buryat and Kalmyk langugages and many others) Search indeed reveals most from .mn domain.
