How do you spell it? Are you sure? I just can't select proper suffix in Russian for this combination of English characters. Was it "chka" or "tchka" (Сусанночка)?

EDIT: I just found out that "tjka" works as a diminutive...

"Little Susanne"? How cute. Smile

Agree with Ender it will be "tchka or chka" (same thing) which is both both a diminutive and term of endearment or affection. Take it that your teacher feels kindly towards you. Another common suffix in a similar vein is "ushka". Nothing to do with ears!

Hi Friends and Cyrillic (Russian) Lovers!

This is really a very good forum thread in terms of it's resourcefulness. The links shared are excellent and too helpful for one all. I have been learning Russian and have been a part of quite a number of groups in Europe, India, etc. who help each other in learning Russian.

So while roaming around and sharing knowledge, I was referred by one my friends to look for language immersion and language courses online who can teach number of languages in very less time and thus can help me in my work as i have to tour most of the countries.

After searching for quite sometime and discussing the services of various course providers, I felt very comfortable with language immersion and language courses service across the globe by MyLanguageTravel. It simply not only teaches you in anywhere in the world but also refers you to various other things.

And the best part comes in the 4 week language learning programmes. Hope this will help you in not only learning Russian but various other languages too.

Cheers!
