Privyet, Irina Smile . I'm very new here, too.

Are you in university?

English is hard! Just takes practice.

I am a tutor, and studying for my teacher's degree Smile. After that, perhaps law school for me too Smile

"I study exclusively on Saturdays.

This will be my life Rolling Eyes . Something in common already.

So, probably we become colleagues? Smile

That would be my pleasure Smile

Are you were in Russia??

I have never been to your country, but a friend of mine has invited me to visit her in Moscow probably next spring (so long to wait!). I found the site to figure out how to do the visa and everything else. I am trying to learn your language, but your English is far better than my Russian Rolling Eyes Embarassed . Maybe I will speak much better when I get there, and my friend speaks quite good English, so no worries there Smile . She has a friend named Irina, but that must be a very common name Wink .

I have wanted to see Russia since my parents visited, but that was in the 1980's. No chance to meet regular Russian people then-just the guide. I think both of them would be surprised at the changes Smile .

I am probably visiting Moscow next March at this time, or early April. Very long wait!

If I help with your English, cool Smile . I know young people study it in school, but if you never speak after that, you forget Embarassed . The same when I learned French. I can't speak it now.

You do not have time to read Embarassed , but what kinds of books do you like?

Anne N.

I read only legal books, but in the weekend, off when there is time, I read textbooks on English and I start all to recollect. Embarassed Smile

Last years went to have a rest in Thai, it was necessary to speak in English because the Thai is combined and it is not familiar. Only "privet" and "thanks". Rolling Eyes

In whole, special problems were not, but sometimes could not tell or understand something. Embarassed Question

And each time spoke myself: "I should learn English" Exclamation Smile

Your English is much better than my Russian!
