My friend is involved with a "so-called" lady from Sernur. He is serious about going there to check out the place and I am trying to convince him he is wasting his time. He showed me pics of her and the emails he received. I pointed out to him that she claims that she has no telephone and do not know where there are telephones in the area. However, they have internet cafe's.
Please advise as to the telephone situation in Sernur. Thanks. |

Phone code in Sernur is +7 83633, it was changed recently.
If your friend really thinks some people really have internet but no phone access at all... Man! I bet he wears velcro shoes.
Sernur is far away enough from Moscow or any major city for the scammer to know that the victim will not go there. Do a IP lookup and point to your friend that the scammer is writing from Moscow. |
