jesuilife Just Starting Joined: 29 Apr 2009 Posts: 2	Posted: Wed Apr 29, 2009 6:06 am    Post subject: What to do? Any suggestions. So, I am a US citizen, born in Uzbekistan. Left in 90, when I was 2. Parents dont have a passport. How am I supposed to apply for a visa to go to Russia? I heard that after a certain year (89-91), when soviet citizens were leaving for permanent residence abroad - that the government was taking away their citizenship. How do I go about applying for a visa now- since I have like no documentation whatsoever not proving that I'm not Russian....
