I'm in kind of a spot of bother and I was wondering if anybody might know the answer to my question...
I'm kind of a Star Trek afficionado...
And I really want to see it in English....
Angels & Demons would also be nice to see in English...
Does anybody know where I can see it in English?
Searched afficha.ru but can't seem to find any place showing it besides being dubbed in Russian...
Any people also living here that know?
And while I'm at it... anyone here that knows his/her way around Pionerskaya? A few handy thoughts and all would be nice...
Kind regards from a very nice and sunny SPB!

| Get it on disk and play it on the best setup you can find. I have never seen a foreign movie in a theatre that is not dubbed. |

Make sure it has original English soundtrack and English subtitles. I have encountered many DVDs with dubbing (and wrong translation of course) but without English track:
Latest example: "Rock'n'Rolla" (original spelling is approximate).
Original: "You could give them a black eye. Just a black eye."
Dubbed: "После дела подъедете по адресу указанному в письме." |

| Yeah I have never seen a movie in Russia that was not dubbed. No idea why. Download it (legally of course huh) and watch it on your computer. |

| Actually, I was in St. Petersburg when several blockbusters were coming out. And amazingly, they were all available on DVD at the movie store for purchase the same day they were available in the theater! So yes, ask the clerk if the movie is availabe in English and use a portable DVD player to check it when you get home. If it's not, you can take it back no problem. |
