Dear all,

I am not really sure how I can apply a Russia visa
It is possible for me to apply the visa in Germany ( Frankfurt will be the nearest city for me), what I need for me the visa? and how long it would take
I plan to go to Moscow on 29 May. Do I have still enough time to apply visa?

thanks in advance

vsusilo,

In general, it is necessary to apply for a Russian visa in your home (passport) country. However, if you are "registered" in a third country (that is, you have German papers giving you residency status or a work permit there), you can probably apply for the visa from the third country.

You should definitely have enough time, but there can be plenty of steps in the process (for example, you will need to get an invitation -- you can find out how to get one on this site), and you may have to pay a higher fee if you need faster processing to get your visa in time.

So I would get the process started immediately!
