Hi,
One of the best tools for learning Russian I have ever used is Interlex, it's a free application - windows only  - which comes ready with many lists of vocab on different topics in Russian. You can test yourself on the vocab with multiple choice, or entering the word. The best thing about the programme is that you can build your own vocab lists. It's very simple and easy to use, and much much faster than copying out lists of vocab by hand...
