Anyone know if permission in advance is still required for foreigners visiting Monino air museum? I am confused. Some places say yes and some say no. Official site say yes but seems outdated. http://www.monino.ru/index.sema?a=pages&id=2 Иностранные посетители, а также лица въезжающие на территорию музея на автомобилях, должны заранее получить разрешение.
