The Russian Consulate in Houston, Texas, USA has been processing visa applications for several years. The following information can be verified on their web site: rusconshouston.org Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Houston 1333 West Loop South, Ste. 1300 Houston, TX 77027 Phone: (713) 337-3300 Visa desk: extension 502 Fax: (713) 337-3305 Reception hours: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon Visa pickup: 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. E-mail: info@rusconshouston.org Visa Desk: visa.desk@rusconshouston.org They handle applications for residents from: Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. I've been receiving my visas for Russia from this office since July 2005. In my experience, their staff has been very friendly, helpful, and efficient.
