Room for rent city centre St. Petersburg

ruskiru Just Starting Joined: 29 Jun 2010 Posts: 1	Posted: Tue Jun 29, 2010 8:46 am    Post subject: Room for rent city centre St. Petersburg I have a room for rent (preferably long term) from 2nd July 2010 in a 2 room flat, 3rd floor near the Yusapov Palace on Moika. The flat's located in a quiet yard, 15 mins walk from Sennaya Ploshad metro and there's lots of other public transport a few minutes from the flat. The room has furniture (sofa bed, desk, cupboards etc), plastic windows. The flat has a shower, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, WIFI internet. Euro repair and good condition. The rent is 10,000 rbls a month, not including internet, telephone and electricity. I'm looking for a non-smoker as the building has a strict no-smoking policy.
