HX Just Starting Joined: 03 Jul 2010 Posts: 1	Posted: Sat Jul 03, 2010 2:52 am    Post subject: London online application Hi all, I'm having some touble with the online visa forum for appling to get a visa in the UK. Basically, this form has to be filled in and printed off. The consulate say they will not accept hand written forms. I'm not sure how to properly fill this in thought. There is a section which says: Quote: Name, address and phone number of person or hotel in Russia that you plan to stay with Thing is, the entry boxes are 1 for name, 1 for address and 1 for phone number. When I got my tourist voucher I put in 2 destinations, so it states two hotels that I am supposedly staying at. My question is, firstly do I put in the hotel address? It's not written on the tourist voucher but I can find it online. Or do I put the address listed as the "host institution"? They are the ones who issued the tourist voucher and is the only address present on the forms. Another bit of trouble I'm having is that they want to know every country I've visited in the last 10 years, with the year that I visited. That's fine, except the box to type this in will not let me enter more than 40 characters. That isn't enough to fill in all of the places I've been for the last 10 years. So what can I do? Will they really be strict about this? All I can think of is that a lot of the places were in the EU and so I didn't get my passport stamped. Theoretically I suppose there's no way they would know if I went to these countries or not. If I abbreviate I can probably fit all of the countries that my passport has a stamp for. Thanks for any help you can provide on these matters.
