Someone knows where is the 007 965 XXX XX XX area code? 007 is from Russia, but 965 I don't know where it is. It is from Moscow? Is fixline? Is mobile phone? Thanks, Ruben

+7 965 numbers are federal mobile numbers serviced by Beeline, one of Russia's five largest mobile companies. I have a friend whose phone is in 965 "federal" numbers are not associated with any specific city. This account could be anywhere in Russia ... or at least, anywhere with Beeline coverage, which is a huge area.
