The problem is this: I'm inviting an UK citizen to Russia, and he will stay at mine, while in Russia. Regarding all the strangeness and difficulties of the private invitation, the thought of changing it for the touristic one came to me. Will I be able to register him at my appartement, if he has a touristic visa or he cannot stay anywhere, but at the hotels/hostels? The question rises merely because one has to be registered somewhere during the trip and I need to be sure it's possible for me to register him at mine on the conditions of the touristic visa, once he has officially ended his stay at the hotel/hostel. Perhaps, it's kind of silly to ask this question on the forum and not at a local UFMS office firstly, but it might be as well that somebody already faced the problem.

Вы можете сделать это, даже если виза гостя является туристической или деловой.
