There is a taxi booking desk at SVO-2 that charges a very fair price for a ride into downtown Moscow (it was $25 last time I used it, it could be up to $30 by now, I'm not sure).

With respect, I don't think it very helpful to have an English language map. Much better to have a Russian one (you can read Cyrillic, I hope!) - that way you have no problem matching up streetname ... |
