| A visa agent once told me that more than three tourist visas per year could be a problem. But if you travel so frequently, multi-entry business visas would be more practical anyway. |

I guess you will have to explain to the person at the check-in desk that your name changed and show them the last page of the passport. This is independent of the visa actually.
