Inside, the plants, fish and trees which all live in the lobby make for a very peaceful setting. Art Hotel has overpriced rack rates (that is, if you just show up), with a standard single costing 8000R ($320), a standard double priced at 9200R ($370) while the larger luxury suites cost 12000R ($480) and 13200R ($530) respectively. You can get a discount of around 20% by booking online. A full buffet breakfast is included as is use of the business center, conference rooms and sauna.
In keeping with trends the hotel offers a sushi bar as well its “Mystic Bar” and there is even a beer garden during the summer months. Airport shuttles are provided for 40 euros to Sheremetyevo 2 and 80 euros to Domodedovo. About seventy percent of the clientele are German which adds to the mystery of who exactly comes here and why. Admittedly, this is quite a nice hotel. It just seems completely out of place in Moscow.
