Standard rooms cost $120 for single and $135 for double while the renovated rooms are $145 (3100r) for single and $170 for double. The standard rooms have wooden floors and grimy bathrooms but the renovated rooms are decent.

Breakfast is not included in the prices and only cash (rubles) is accepted for payment. There is an ATM in the foyer. The Tbilisi guest house caters especially to guests of the Georgian embassy but attracts people from a variety of countries and is staffed by English-speaking receptionists.
The hotel has no internet or business facilities. On the bright side the restaurant is quite cheap, the reception is nicely decorated in Georgian style and the television has both Russian and Georgian channels! The hotel is only ten minutes walk from Stary Arbat street and Arbatskaya metro and a bit more to Tverskaya street and Pushkinskaya square. Not a bad place if that location is important to you. Just don’t expect anything too lavish.
