Clean and nice B&B right behind Kazansky Cathedral on Nevsky Prospekt, the heart of St. Petersburg. Run by Taddeo Battistini, a Swiss guy who relocated to Russia about 10 years ago after visiting St. Petersburg to learn Russian and falling in love with the country. He's super helpful and friendly guy, this B&B is frequented by individual travelers and also Swiss groups – so very clean, nice, and friendly.

Swiss Star B&B in St. Petersburg, Russia

He actually has a second B&B on Sovetskaya street, so you might want to stay there if the Swiss Star one is not available. Super nice and friendly service, very high standard and good price.
