Qualified work: from $10 / hour
Highly qualified work: from $20 / hour
Generally, nobody will agree to work for less than $500 US per month, the salary of $1000 US is considered to be good, a high salary starts at $2000 US.
(the indications are given excluding taxes, which are usually from 13% to 36%, unless your employee decides not to pay any taxes, which is also quite often the case in Russia).
